Associate Dentist in Dudley, West Midlands

We are recruiting for a Locum Dentist to support a mixed dental practice in Dudley on a short-term basis. This locum role is to cover sickness absence, starting ASAP, and is expected to run for approximately three months with the potential to be extended. The position offers two days per week with strong daily rates and a well-established mixed patient base.

Please note: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. UK-based experience is essential for this role.

Working with Flourish Medical as a Locum Dentist offers you:

• £450–£550 daily rate which equates to £46,800–£57,200 per annum based on 2 days per week

Required Skills & Experience for this Locum Dentist:

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS performer number
• Proven UK experience delivering NHS dentistry
• Confidence working within a mixed NHS and private practice
• Strong clinical standards and a patient-focused approach

Suitable for Locum Dentist, Associate Dentist and/or Dental Locum

As a Locum Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering high-quality NHS and private dental treatments
• Managing your own clinical diary efficiently during sickness cover
• Providing excellent patient care and communication
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Working collaboratively with dental nurses and practice staff
• Adhering to CQC standards and clinical governance requirements

This role is based in Dudley and is easily commutable from Stourbridge, Halesowen, Brierley Hill, Tipton, Oldbury and surrounding areas of the Black Country.
