Locum Dental Nurse in Nottingham, East Midlands

Flourish Medical is currently seeking experienced Locum Dental Nurses to work across a range of welcoming, well-established dental practices in Nottingham and surrounding locations, including Beeston, West Bridgford, Arnold, Long Eaton, and Hucknall.

Working with Flourish Medical as a Locum Dental Nurse provides you with:

• £18 per hour competitive locum rate – equivalent to £33,696 per annum based on 36 hours

Essential Requirements for this Locum Dental Nurse role:

• Qualified Dental Nurse with current GDC registration
• Recent experience working within UK dental practices
• Confident use of dental systems such as SOE, R4, or similar software
• Strong chairside assistance skills in a busy clinical setting
• Good understanding of infection control, decontamination procedures, and CQC compliance
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) plus valid indemnity insurance

• Providing chairside assistance during a range of dental procedures
• Setting up and preparing treatment rooms with fully sterilised instruments
• Ensuring strict adherence to infection prevention and decontamination protocols

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Collaborating with the wider practice team to ensure efficient daily operations
