Associate Dentist in Stirchley, West Midlands

We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established practice located in Telford. This is a permanent opportunity ideally starting in June 2026, offering 2 to 3 days per week in a predominantly NHS-focused practice with excellent earning potential and flexibility to support work-life balance.

This role is ideal for a Dentist with UK experience who is confident working in a high-needs NHS environment while also able to maximise private opportunities in more affluent patient areas.

You will need to be registered with the GDC as a Dentist, have UK work experience, and have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Working with Flourish Medical as an Associate Dentist offers you:

• 2–3 days per week
• Working hours 9:00am – 5:00pm with flexibility for childcare commitments
• £15.50 – £16.50 UDA rate (depending on experience)
• High NHS demand – you can have as many UDA’s as you would like

Required Skills & Experience for this Associate Dentist:

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS performer number
• Valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
• Proven UK experience delivering NHS dentistry
• Confidence managing a high-volume NHS workload
• Ability to identify and deliver private treatment opportunities
• Commitment to high clinical standards and patient care

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering high-quality NHS dental treatments alongside private care
• Managing a busy and consistent clinical diary
• Providing excellent patient care and communication
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Working collaboratively with dental nurses and wider practice staff
• Adhering to NHS guidelines, CQC standards, and clinical governance

Practice hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm, offering a structured working day with flexibility to support childcare and personal commitments.

The practice serves a high-needs patient population, offering excellent UDA availability, alongside opportunities to provide private treatments within more affluent areas of the patient base—making this a well-balanced and rewarding role.

This role is based in Telford and is easily commutable from surrounding areas across Shropshire and the West Midlands, including Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Newport, Stafford, Cannock, and Birmingham.
