Flourish Medical is proud to be working in partnership with a beautiful, established Nursing Home in stunning rural grounds. Theuy are seeking a part time Registered Nurse. You will be working 2 12 hour shifts per week and you can make the choice between permanent days or nights. As an RGN you will be providing high quality nursing care to elderly adults with complex health needs and/or dementia, it is therefore essential for you to have previous Nursing home experience and a real passion for elderly and dementia care.

As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality tailored care to elderly patients inline with individual care plans.
• Administering medication and updating patient records.
• Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare teams with compassion and professionalism.
• Devising care plans and ensuring they are maintained according to NMC standards.
• Providing a warm, calm, compassionate and caring environment for all residents and their family members.

Required Skills & Experience for this Registered Nurse (RN) Role:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Active NMC pin)
• Previous experience in a Care Home setting is a must.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional elderly care.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.

As a Registered general Nurse (RGN) you will be at the heart of the clinical care team, ensuring the residents needs, wellbeing and dignity are maintained to a high standard at all times.

This role is based in Bewdley, easily commutable from Kidderminster,Hagley, Bromsgrove, Stourport and the wider West Midlands area. Due to the rural location of this home, it is essential that you drive and have access to a car for your commute to work.
