Position: Recovery Coordinator

What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored recovery plans for service users
Provide one-to-one support, addressing complex needs and promoting recovery
Implement harm reduction strategies to ensure client safety and wellbeing
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective interventions
Maintain accurate case management records and communicate with stakeholders

Key experience required:
Proven experience in drug and alcohol services
Strong case management and collaborative working skills
Sound knowledge of harm reduction approaches
Excellent communication and engagement skills
