Paediatrics Occupational Therapist required for an ongoing locum opportunity within the Adaptations Team in Halifax. What you will do:

• Carry out community-based assessments for children with diverse physical, sensory, and developmental needs

• Assess safety and functional abilities within the home environment, ensuring adaptations support safe movement and participation

• Conduct equipment assessments, reviews, and reassessments to ensure ongoing suitability and safety

• Work collaboratively with families, carers, health professionals, and multi-agency partners to deliver holistic services

• Produce detailed, evidence-based reports and recommendations to inform care plans and adaptations

• Contribute to statutory duties and objectives within the Disabled Children’s Team, supporting wider service goals
