What you will do:

Perform a wide range of diagnostic microbiology tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability to support patient care

Participate in quality assurance and quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with laboratory standards

Requirements:

HCPC registration is required
Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience within the NHS as a Biomedical Scientist, with recent microbiology experience
Specialist knowledge of microbiology work procedures and practices, underpinned by strong theoretical understanding
Car driver preferable for ease of travel
