What you will do

• Manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases, ensuring quality and person-centred care.
• Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to fellow Occupational Therapy staff and students.
• Lead on intricate assessments, interventions, and case management duties.
• Represent the service in various case conferences and safeguarding meetings.
• Deliver specialist expertise in major adaptations and equipment provision.
• Uphold professional standards, leading practice development across the team.
• Collaborate with health, social care, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
• Champion strengths-based approaches and promote personalisation and self-directed support.
• Participate actively in the Occupational Therapy duty rota and support service development initiatives.
