Salary: £47,500 – £51,000 + Unlimited Overtime

Non-Negotiable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

• Must be a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias).

• Must have experience working within an FMCG, factory, or industrial manufacturing environment.

• Must hold a recognised Engineering Qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).

Essential Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.

• Experience with PLC systems and high-speed production equipment.

• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

• Experience working on fully automated production lines.

• Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing principles.
