Non-Negotiable Requirements of Engineering Supervisor

• Electrical or Mechanical Bias 

• Must be willing to work in a hands-on role within a tough industrial environment.

• Must have experience within Industrial, Manufacturing, or Armed Forces backgrounds (RAF, Navy, Army, REME, Aviation).

Essential Requirements of Engineering Supervisor

• Ability to lead and motivate an engineering team.

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.

Desirable Requirements of Engineering Supervisor

• Previous experience within FMCG manufacturing.

• Formal engineering qualifications (Electrical or Multi-Skilled).

• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
