Job Title – Lead Engineer (Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Team Leader, Senior Maintenance Engineer)

Salary: £54,500 – £58,600 + Unlimited Overtime

Job Role – Lead Engineer

Sector – Industrial Manufacturing (FMCG)

Non-Negotiable Requirements of Lead Engineer

• Must be a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias).

• Must have experience working within FMCG, factory, or industrial manufacturing environments.

• Must hold a recognised Electrical Engineering Qualification.

Essential Requirements of Lead Engineer

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on automated equipment.

• Experience with PLC systems and automated production machinery.

Desirable Requirements of Lead Engineer

• Previous experience in a high-speed manufacturing.

• Exposure to continuous improvement
