Job Title – Shift Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Technician)

Location – Aylesbury

Salary: £44,000 – £49,000 + £1,200 Bonus (OTE £55,000+)

Shift: Rotating Days & Nights – 12 Hour Shifts

Job Role – Shift Maintenance Engineer

Non-Negotiable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

• Must be mechanically biased with multi-skilled capability.

• Minimum Level 3 Engineering Qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent).

• Must be willing to work a rotating days and nights 12-hour shift pattern.

• Must have experience within Manufacturing, Industrial, or Armed Forces (RAF, Army, Navy, Marines) environments.

Essential Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

• Strong mechanical fault-finding and maintenance experience.

• Electrical fault diagnosis experience

• Experience carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance on production equipment.

Desirable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

• Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing environments.

• Exposure to continuous improvement

• Experience working on automated or high-speed production lines.
