Non-Negotiable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

Must be mechanically biased with multi-skilled capability.

Minimum Level 3 Engineering Qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent).

Must be willing to work a rotating days and nights 12-hour shift pattern.

Must have experience within Manufacturing, Industrial, or Armed Forces (RAF, Army, Navy, Marines) environments.
Essential Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

Strong mechanical fault-finding and maintenance experience.

Electrical fault diagnosis experience

Experience carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance on production equipment.

Desirable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing environments.

Exposure to continuous improvement

Experience working on automated or high-speed production lines.
