The Engineering and Facilities Manager will join a leading FMCG manufacturing business in Buckingham, taking full ownership of engineering performance and site facilities within a well-invested and forward-thinking operation. As an Engineering and Facilities Manager, you will lead maintenance strategy, oversee facilities compliance, and drive continuous improvement across modern production equipment and infrastructure. Non-Negotiable Requirements of Engineering and Facilities Manager

Must have proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, or Engineering Supervisor within a manufacturing environment.

Must have strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.

Must hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline.

Must have experience managing engineering teams
Essential Requirements of Engineering and Facilities Manager

Ability to develop and deliver effective planned maintenance strategies.

Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Experience managing budgets and overseeing site facilities.

Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Experience supporting project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
Desirable Requirements of Engineering and Facilities Manager

Experience within FMCG or high-volume manufacturing.

Exposure to capital projects or site expansion programmes.

Experience implementing reliability or lean manufacturing improvements.
