Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

The Engineering and Facilities Manager will join a leading FMCG manufacturing business in Buckingham, taking full ownership of engineering performance and site facilities within a well-invested and forward-thinking operation. As an Engineering and Facilities Manager, you will lead maintenance strategy, oversee facilities compliance, and drive continuous improvement across modern production equipment and infrastructure. Non-Negotiable Requirements of Engineering and Facilities Manager

• Must have proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, or Engineering Supervisor within a manufacturing environment.

• Must have strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.

• Must hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline.

• Must have experience managing engineering teams

Essential Requirements of Engineering and Facilities Manager

• Ability to develop and deliver effective planned maintenance strategies.

• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Experience managing budgets and overseeing site facilities.

• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

• Experience supporting project work and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desirable Requirements of Engineering and Facilities Manager

• Experience within FMCG or high-volume manufacturing.

• Exposure to capital projects or site expansion programmes.

• Experience implementing reliability or lean manufacturing improvements.
