We’re working with a well-established gastro pub in East London that’s looking for a confident, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen team.
This is all about proper cooking, seasonal British produce and food made from scratch, with someone who can lead the kitchen while maintaining high standards throughout service.

• OTE up to £65,000

We’re looking for someone with:
• Proven Head Chef experience or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• A strong fresh food background
• A genuine interest in seasonal British cooking
• Good kitchen leadership experience
• Experience managing and developing a kitchen team
• The ability to lead a busy service
• Good understanding of kitchen costs and GP
• A hands-on approach and positive attitude
