Salary: OTE £45,000, potential to earn more during busier months
Days off: Monday & Tuesday, must be available to work every weekend

We’re recruiting for an exciting new restaurant opening in Central London, featuring a fantastic cocktail bar and a dedicated dessert area. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager with a big personality, someone who loves the buzz of Central London, thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely lives and breathes guest experience. Background in restaurants is essential!
