Social Media & Content Lead – Premium Hospitality Group

About the Role
Are you a natural storyteller with an exceptional visual eye and a passion for premium hospitality, food, and culture?
On behalf of an evolving, high-end hospitality and cultural destination in the heart of Athens, we are seeking a hands-on Social Media & Content Lead. This role is designed for someone who notices the human moments, visual details, and emerging stories that others walk past, turning everyday activity into compelling digital content that inspires people to visit and return.
Key Responsibilities
- Short-Form Video & Photography: Shoot and edit high-impact, short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok) and photography covering venues, F&B, events, and people.
- Proactive Storytelling: Identify organic content opportunities on-site and develop distinctive, repeatable content formats that connect multiple lifestyle brands into one destination narrative.
- AI-Enhanced Creativity: Confidently integrate AI tools into concept development, storyboarding, and editing while keeping human storytelling authentic.
- Bi-Lingual Copywriting: Write engaging, brand-appropriate social copy and captions in both Greek and English.
- People & Direction: Build rapport with the different actors of the operation to bring their personalities to camera, directing on-site shoots with confidence.
Profile & Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 4–6+ years in social media content creation, digital marketing, or visual storytelling for premium hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or food brands.
- Visual & Aesthetic Judgement: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality photography, short-form video editing, and a clear understanding of premium brand standards.
- Languages: Native/Fluent proficiency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Tech & AI Curiosity: Hands-on experience with mobile shooting/editing tools and a strong interest in emerging creative technologies and AI workflow tools.
- On-Site Presence: Located in or mobile to Athens, comfortable working dynamically across diverse hospitality venues.
