Who Are We Looking For?

• An established GM from London's premium hospitality scene.
• Someone who has operated at the very highest standards of food, drink and service.
• Strong commercial understanding, full P&L responsibility and the ability to drive revenue.
• Experience managing multiple revenue streams, ideally including rooms and events.
• A natural host who loves the floor, builds exceptional teams and genuinely cares about the guest experience.
• Someone entrepreneurial, ambitious and excited by the freedom to put their own stamp on a business.
