We're looking for an ambitious Deputy General Manager to join a beautiful, well-established country pub and restaurant in Northamptonshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, food-led venue with a strong local following, stunning outdoor spaces and a thriving private events business.
The Venue

The Role
- Support the General Manager in running a busy, multi-revenue operation.
- Lead, motivate and develop a passionate FOH team.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality across food, drink and events.
- Drive sales, control costs and maintain excellent standards.
- Be a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor.
- What We're Looking For
- An experienced Deputy GM or strong Assistant GM ready to step up.
- Experience in quality, high-volume, food-led pubs or restaurants.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent people skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Ambition to progress into a General Manager role.
