An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Digital & CRM Manager to join a growing, premium hospitality group in London. We are looking for a creative, analytical and highly organised individual who is passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work across a portfolio of established hospitality venues, helping to strengthen digital performance, build meaningful guest relationships and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective digital marketing and CRM strategies across multiple venues
Plan, manage and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention and repeat visits
Manage customer databases, segmentation and personalised guest communications
Develop automated customer journeys and loyalty initiatives to enhance the guest experience
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Support digital acquisition, website performance and online customer engagement
Work closely with marketing, reservations and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, bookings and revenue through data driven marketing

Experience:

Previous experience in a Digital Marketing, CRM or similar role, ideally within hospitality, luxury or lifestyle sectors
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing tools and marketing automation
Experience with customer segmentation, data analysis and campaign reporting
A good understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition
Excellent communication, organisational and project managements skills
A proactive, creative and commercially focused approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across different teams
