What you will do:
- Manage and coordinate a caseload of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care.
- Draft, amend, and review EHCPs within statutory timescales, ensuring each one is tailored to meet individual needs and legal standards.
- Liaise effectively with schools, parents/carers, educational psychologists, and healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless support and drive positive outcomes.
- Attend annual reviews and multi-agency meetings as required, representing the voice and needs of the child throughout.
- Ensure compliance with SEND legislation, policies, and procedures, keeping up to date with changing legislation.
- Provide clear and compassionate advice and support to families throughout the EHCP process, offering guidance and reassurance.
