Community Services Manager -  Mental Health Team in Ipswich & Bury St Edmunds - £32,480.00 - £36,032.50 per year - Annually

We are searching for a dynamic and proactive Community Services Manager to spearhead the development and management of REST Hubs in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. With a focus on recovery and support, this role is perfect for someone eager to create a welcoming daytime drop-in hub where conversations flow as smoothly as a cup of tea. Working full-time from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, you will be overseeing two central locations, building strong community partnerships and ensuring that individuals experiencing mental distress receive the support they need.

What you will do:

- Lead the operational delivery of REST Hubs in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds, creating thriving wellness centres within the community.
- Recruit, manage, and support a team of six staff members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with local organisations and service providers to expand community support networks.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and manage health and safety requirements, aligning with commissioner expectations.
- Foster a positive working environment for both staff and service users.,

Key information:

- Location: Ipswich & Bury St Edmunds
- Contract type: Fixed-term until 31st March 2027, with potential for renewal
- A valid UK driving licence and own transport are essential
