Offering a full-time role with a chance to bring positive change to the lives of those with learning disabilities, we are seeking individuals with at least two years of experience who can start within 2-3 weeks after a successful offer.

What you will do:

• Support individuals with learning disabilities in various settings, such as residential homes, supported living facilities, short-break services, and on the outreach team

• Work within a 24-hour shift system, collaborating with colleagues and senior staff

• Engage in all daily living activities as part of the active support model, including cleaning, shopping, washing, ironing, and cooking, encouraging service users' participation

• Serve as a key worker to ensure the delivery of high-standard physical and emotional care, following service principles and quality standards

• Maintain or negotiate a valid driving licence depending on the area of work
