Join our team as a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist within the vibrant Adult Dysphagia Team in Kensington, UK, earning up to £35 per hour on an ongoing basis.

This full-time locum position offers a fantastic opportunity to make an impactful difference in an in- and out-patient setting. Here, you will manage a diverse caseload, including patients with voice disorders and dysphagia across general medical, surgical, oncology, and ENT specialisms.

We are looking for an individual with FEES, VFSS, and tracheostomy experience to navigate a clinical environment effectively. As part of this role, you will collaborate with an incredible multidisciplinary team of dietitians, physiotherapists, and medical staff, ensuring excellent patient care and outcomes.

What you will do:

- Assess and manage a caseload of patients with voice disorders and dysphagia in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Conduct FEES and VFSS assessments as required
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
- Provide training and support to junior colleagues and students as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

- HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
- Experience in managing dysphagia and voice disorders
- Proficient in FEES, VFSS, and tracheostomy management
- Must have your own vehicle, contributing to your flexibility in different settings and home visits
