Are you looking for a thrilling opportunity as a Community Registered General Nurse in Out of Hours care? We have an exciting locum position available in Cheshire for a Band 5 RGN to start ASAP for a duration of 3 months. As a vital part of our community care teams, you will be covering the Bowmere area, including the Beech, Cherry, Juniper, Maple, Willow, and Rosewood wards. Enjoy a rewarding rate of £21.00 per hour on weekdays, £26.00 per hour during nights and weekends, and an impressive £31.00 per hour on bank holidays. This role requires commitment from Monday to Sunday, working shifts from 5:00 pm to 10:45 pm, with any hours from 8:00 pm onwards rated at the night rate. Home visits are an essential aspect of the role, making it an exciting hands-on experience that is not remotely based.

What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during out-of-hours periods.
- Perform home visits across the Bowmere area to administer treatment and conduct assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond to emergency health situations effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and family members.
