What you will do:

• Lead and manage a skilled team within the Children's Safeguarding domain to ensure that all cases are handled with utmost efficiency and care.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve service delivery and outcomes for children and families involved with social services.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide support and guidance to team members.
• Liaise with other agencies and partners to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding children.
• Oversee caseloads and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
