Care Home Manager in Worcester, West Midlands

Required Skills & Experience for this Home Manager:

• Proven experience as a Home Manager or Nursing Home Manager

• Strong CQC knowledge with a history of positive inspection outcomes

• Experience managing clinical governance, audits and compliance

• Confident leadership and people management skills

• UK nursing home management experience is essential

Suitable for Home Manager, Nursing Home Manager and/or Registered Manager.

As a Home Manager, your responsibilities may include:

• Overall management of the nursing home and day-to-day operations

• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards

• Leading, mentoring and developing the management and clinical teams

• Maintaining high-quality, person-centred care across the service

• Managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance

• Acting as the Registered Manager and key point of contact for external stakeholders

This Home Manager role is based in Worcester, offering easy access from surrounding areas including Malvern, Droitwich and Kidderminster
