What you will do:

- Deliver personal care and support to residents, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility, while honouring their dignity and independence.
- Aid residents with eating, drinking, and their daily activities to foster a sense of autonomy.
- Keep senior staff informed about any changes in residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, ensuring proactive care.
- Offer medication support to residents if you’re trained and authorised.
- Motivate and support residents to participate in social activities for their overall wellbeing.
- Adhere to care plans, safeguarding rules, and infection control measures to maintain high standards of care.
- Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team and families to guarantee seamless care delivery.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that complies with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
