What you will do

• Perform diagnostic testing and analysis in Haematology, Coagulation, and Blood Transfusion departments.
• Operate and maintain automated analysers such as Siemens Advias, Werfen Tops, and Ortho Swifts.
• Ensure all procedures and guidelines are followed accurately.
• Provide support and expertise to junior staff and assist in their professional development.
• Uphold the highest standards of laboratory safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Hold HCPC registration.
• Be familiar with leading equipment and procedures within the field.
• Driving is an important part of the job, enabling mobility and flexibility across sites should the need arise.
