What you will do:

• Manage a caseload of adults with acquired dysphagia and communication difficulties at the Band 6 or 7 level.

• Conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and develop personalised care plans to support individuals' communication and swallowing needs.

• Work independently and effectively manage your caseload, ensuring high-quality care and documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and integrated care for patients.

• Travel to various locations in Bromley, so a valid driving licence and access to a car are essential.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and practice within the guidelines set by the Health Professions Council.
