What you will do:

- Provide in-patient Occupational Therapy to the elderly wards, making a substantial difference in the lives of your patients.
- Collaborate as part of a small, dedicated Occupational Therapy team, alongside qualified staff and support colleagues, to deliver holistic care.
- Work closely with the on-site Physiotherapy team to support patient recovery.
- Participate in community support following patient discharge, extending to rehabilitation within patients' homes.
- Engage in care planning and development for complex cases, ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions.
