This role is part-time and offers a highly competitive pay rate of up to £26 per hour over a contract duration of 3 months. As soon as you start, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic outpatient MSK service, receiving referrals from Trauma & Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and Pain Services.

What you will do

• Assess and treat outpatient musculoskeletal patients.
• Manage post-fracture rehabilitation.
• Deliver post-operative rehabilitation programmes.
• Treat patients following ACL reconstruction.
• Manage joint arthroplasty rehabilitation.
• Assess and treat foot and ankle conditions.
• Assess and treat upper limb conditions.
• Manage both acute and rehabilitation phases of treatment.
• Work independently within an outpatient MSK setting.

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC Registration.
• Previous Band 6 MSK Physiotherapy experience.
• Outpatient Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy experience.
• Experience managing post-fracture patients.
• Experience in post-operative rehabilitation.
• ACL reconstruction rehabilitation experience.
• Joint arthroplasty experience.
• Foot and ankle rehabilitation experience.
• Upper limb rehabilitation experience.
• Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload.

Desirable Requirements

• Previous NHS outpatient experience.
• Experience working with T&O referrals.
• Rheumatology experience.
• Pain management experience.
