What you will do:

• Perform and interpret a range of specialised diagnostic tests within the Haematology department
• Assist in maintaining laboratory efficiency by ensuring that all tasks adhere to quality control standards and regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate test results to guide patient treatment
• Support the training and development of junior staff members and contribute to the sharing of knowledge and skills

Responsibilities/general duties:

• Previous experience working in the Haematology department of Blood Sciences is essential
• Registration with the HCPC is required
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Haematology
• Car driving skills are preferable but not essential
