What you will do:

• CT Imaging: Perform a wide range of CT examinations including contrast-enhanced studies

• Patient Assessment: Review clinical history, conduct risk assessments, and administer IV contrast safely

• Radiation Safety: Maintain high standards in line with IR(ME)R regulations

• Service Support: Contribute to service delivery across acute and community sites, including extended hours

• Quality Improvement: Participate in audits and service development initiatives

• Training & Support: Supervise and support junior staff, students, and assistant practitioners

Person Specification:

• Qualifications: BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent

• Registration: HCPC registered

• Experience: Postgraduate training or CPD in CT imaging with NHS Radiology experience

• Technical Skills: Ability to safely administer IV contrast

• Knowledge: Understanding of relevant legislation and NHS Wales policies

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and patient care abilities, with flexibility for on-call or extended hours
