What you will do:

• Caseload Management: Manage a complex OT caseload on Elderly Care wards

• Discharge Planning: Drive patient flow and support effective discharge processes

• Mentorship: Support and guide junior Occupational Therapy staff

• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative environment to improve service delivery

To excel in this role, you will need to hold HCPC registration and, if applicable, possess a valid driving licence to facilitate patient visits and participate actively in community support.
