What you will do:

• Carry out assessments using the CAARMS tool for individuals with suspected psychosis

• Lead duty roles and make a meaningful contribution to multidisciplinary team meetings

• Manage and triage referrals, completing telephone assessments where required

• Communicate assessment outcomes and clinical updates clearly to the wider mental health team

• Manage a caseload of service users experiencing first-episode psychosis, including risk assessment and therapeutic intervention delivery

• Monitor and support both the physical and mental health needs of service users

• Liaise with and refer to other services and departments to ensure holistic care pathways

• Support colleagues by contributing to effective caseload management, promoting staff wellbeing and reducing burnout
