What you will do:

• Conduct in-person assessments and reviews within the community, dedicating one day each week to office work.

• Apply your expertise in the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act to ensure the well-being and autonomy of clients.

• Use your skills in manual handling and risk assessment to develop comprehensive care plans.

• Implement assistive technologies to enhance clients' quality of life and independence.

• Perform all reviews face-to-face, fostering strong rapport and trust with clients.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.

• Proficient in completing assessments relevant to the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.

• Skilled in manual handling and risk assessment, with a keen understanding of assistive technologies.

• Must conduct all reviews in-person.

• A valid driving licence is preferable for travel within the community.
