What you will do:

Conduct in-person assessments and reviews within the community, dedicating one day each week to office work.

Apply your expertise in the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act to ensure the well-being and autonomy of clients.

Use your skills in manual handling and risk assessment to develop comprehensive care plans.

Implement assistive technologies to enhance clients' quality of life and independence.

Perform all reviews face-to-face, fostering strong rapport and trust with clients.
Key Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.

Proficient in completing assessments relevant to the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.

Skilled in manual handling and risk assessment, with a keen understanding of assistive technologies.

Must conduct all reviews in-person.

A valid driving licence is preferable for travel within the community.
