What you will do:

• Carry out the installation, fault fixing, and maintenance duties of gas central heating systems, ensuring everything aligns with contract and service specifications.
• Provide clients with clear, precise updates on your progress, ensuring they understand the process while keeping detailed daily work records.
• Tackle customer complaints and service breakdowns with optimism, all in accordance with the contract and service specifications.
• Approach problem-solving with a proactive attitude, ensuring solutions are either found or set in motion, with updates provided to clients as agreed.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition, replenishing stocks when necessary as per agreed requisition procedures and budgets.
• Participate in special projects and change programmes that support the overall objectives of the Group.

Requirements:

• A current Gas Safe registration.
• An ACS Natural Gas Domestic qualification.
• A full, current driving licence.
• Proven experience in working to deadlines and prioritising workloads effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation application.
• Recent hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of gas heating system installation, servicing, and maintenance.
