What you will do:
- Manage and steer the SEND Quality Assurance Framework to sustain superior quality EHCPs for children and youths with SEND.
- Assist the SEND Service Manager in presenting audit and quality assurance findings to the SEND Improvement Board.
- Organise and ensure the prompt and effective handling of tribunals, mediation, and complaints responses.
- Deliver coproduction training to the SEND Service, prioritising the child's voice and family aspirations in a person-centred approach.
- Forge and maintain partnerships with families, schools, and health and social care partners, cultivating a shared understanding throughout statutory processes.
- Challenge and support various departments, ensuring compliance and quality standards are upheld.
- Lead on addressing complaints related to the SEND Service, coordinating with others to ensure swift and appropriate resolutions.
