What you will do:

• Manage and support a caseload within the community, ensuring service users receive effective and personalised care.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies and multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate care strategies.
• Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Support service users under the Care Programme Approach and promote recovery-focused practice.
• Participate in supervision and reflective practice to maintain and improve clinical standards.
• Provide mentorship, supervision, and support to junior staff and colleagues.
• Use problem-solving skills to assess situations, review options, and make informed decisions.
• Travel across Brixton to visit service users and deliver community-based care.
