Adults Social Worker within LD Team in Redcar & Cleveland, UK earning £197.74 Daily for a 4-month temporary contract

What you will do:
- Manage a varied caseload and conduct important Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning for clients.
- Address and manage risks, including safeguarding concerns, ensuring the well-being of individuals under your care.
- Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and implement the Mental Capacity Act where necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with adults, families, carers, and multi-disciplinary partners to achieve the best outcomes.
- Promote independence and a strengths-based, person-centred approach in your daily tasks.
- Maintain precise case records and produce high-quality assessments and reports that reflect your expertise.
- Operate within the framework of relevant legislation, policies, and professional standards.
