What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and create tailored care plans to meet the needs of adults within the community
- Provide informed advice, support, and safeguarding interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of service users
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, other agencies, and service providers to deliver a cohesive care approach
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and reports on case progress and support provided
- Stay updated with changes in legislation and ensure compliance with current social work frameworks and practices
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Have a current registration with Social Work England
- Possess significant frontline experience as a qualified Social Worker in UK Social Services settings
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills to effectively support and engage with service users
- Be adaptable and resourceful to navigate the dynamic and diverse nature of social work
