Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEN) – Primary School, Birmingham

Location: Birmingham
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Up to £570 per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

A nurturing primary school in Birmingham is seeking a Graduate SEN Teacher Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for graduates seeking classroom experience while making a real difference to children’s development and wellbeing.

As a teacher assistant, you’ll work with pupils aged 4–11, providing one-to-one and small group support. Under the guidance of teachers and SEN staff, you'll help deliver personalised interventions and encourage emotional, social and academic growth.

Supporting children with SEN in class and during interventions
Assisting with EHCPs and tailored learning plans
