The Role:

• Full-time, long-term Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant Role
• Sociable working hours between 8 – 16:00, Mon/Fri
• Support learners to access curriculum in Science & Maths
• Use your degree in a meaningful way

• Earn up to £550 per week
• Full training and support provided

If you are a confident and knowledgeable recent Science or Maths Graduate, with a keen interest in the education sector, this role is for you. Relevant experience is beneficial but not required for this position and full training will be provided to ensure your success as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

As a Teaching Assistant you will assist classroom leaders in ensuring that all students have inclusive and equal access to education. You’ll gain valuable experience working with students in the secondary setting to support them in their academic development. Training will be provided to ensure that you are able to maximise your impact on teaching and learning within the classroom. You may be utilised to assist the classroom leader in delivering high-quality educational content – developing your own pedagogy, or perhaps deployed 1:1 or in small-groups with students that are falling behind on their targeted grades within Science/Maths.
