Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEN) – Dudley

Location: Secondary School in Dudley
Salary: Up to £570 per week
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

Are you a recent Psychology graduate with a strong academic background and a desire to work with young people who have special educational needs (SEN)?

A well-regarded secondary school in Dudley is looking to recruit a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience supporting students with a variety of learning needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges.

You will work closely with teaching staff and the school’s SEN team to deliver targeted support to individual students and small groups. Your role will be crucial in helping students access learning, build confidence, and develop social and emotional skills in a supportive, inclusive environment.

What’s on offer:

• Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP

• Working hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

• Earn up to £570 per week (term-time only)

Key Responsibilities:
