What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and provide support to children with disabilities and their families, ensuring their needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to develop care plans tailored to the individual needs of the children and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with statutory and local procedures.
- Advocate for children and families to access appropriate resources and support.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training as required.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
