What you will do:
- Conduct assessments, support planning, and Capacity assessments for adults with learning disabilities.
- Work closely with ICB/CHC teams to complete checklists and attend relevant funding discussions.
- Manage Court of Protection applications and handle safeguarding triages and enquiries.
- Efficiently manage a varied caseload with competing priorities, showcasing your organisational skills and dedication to providing top-notch social work services.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
- Relevant experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, including assessments and planning.
