What you will do:
- Provide expert leadership across the full spectrum of OT practice - from acute care to community rehabilitation
- Flexibly manage and optimise patient flow across inpatient and outpatient services
- Ensure the highest standards of clinical governance and quality assurance
- Lead multidisciplinary projects including hospital discharge planning and community rehabilitation initiatives
- Drive measurable service improvements and translate vision into actionable plans
- Lead strategic planning initiatives within our occupational therapy adult services
- Apply cutting-edge research and national guidance to enhance local service delivery
- Champion innovation and horizon scanning to keep our services at the forefront of best practice

Requirements for the role:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent experience in the UK working as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience
- Registered with the HCPC
