What you will do:
Provide expert guidance and support within the Fostering Team, ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and foster carers.
Conduct assessments, reviews, and prepare reports to facilitate informed decision-making and care planning.

Act as a mentor to less experienced staff, sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience.

Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
You should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work and have an active registration with Social Work England. To thrive in this role, you must have significant frontline experience working as a qualified Social Worker in UK Social Services. Your background will illustrate your ability to handle complex cases with skill and sensitivity.
