What You Will Do

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and deliver tailored interventions to improve clients’ daily living skills.

• Undertake paediatric work, focusing on child development, neuro-development, and childhood occupations.

• Prioritise caseloads effectively, applying strong problem-solving skills and solution-focused approaches.

• Prepare clear, well-structured reports for use in multidisciplinary meetings.

• Apply and expand your knowledge of physical and developmental disabilities to improve occupational performance.

• Contribute to service improvement through clinical audits and research.

• Communicate complex information with empathy to support clients and families.

• Design and deliver Occupational Therapy programmes, working closely with schools, caregivers, and staff to enhance outcomes.

• Supervise students and junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering professional development.

About You

• HCPC Registration: Essential for this role.

• Driving Licence: Required to travel between locations within Windsor.

• Experience: Previous experience in paediatric OT is desirable, though professionals keen to develop these skills are encouraged to apply.
