What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families within the community.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Extensive experience in frontline social services within the UK as a qualified social worker.
